Prior to joining Industrial Physics, Andrew served as Group President at Ralliant, a publicly traded industrial technology company, and held multiple senior leadership roles at Fortive Corporation and Danaher, overseeing global business groups, operating companies, and international P&Ls across North America, Europe, China, Brazil, and the Middle East.

Andrew is known for his hands-on, data-driven leadership, combining operational rigor with strategic vision. He excels at simplifying complexity, making decisive resource allocation decisions, and building high-trust, high-performance teams.
