Andrew McCauley is the Chief Executive Officer of Industrial Physics and a seasoned industrial technology leader with more than 25 years of experience building, scaling, and transforming complex global businesses.

Before becoming CEO of Industrial Physics, Andrew held senior leadership roles within the global industrial technology platforms of Danaher Corporation, Fortive, and Ralliant. In these organizations he helped lead high-performance operating companies, applying disciplined operating systems, operational excellence, and strategic capital allocation to drive sustainable growth.

Across his career, Andrew has led organizations spanning North America, Europe, China, and Brazil, overseeing multi-site manufacturing networks and international teams serving customers in more than 100 countries. Known for decisive leadership, operational rigor, and disciplined capital deployment, Andrew builds businesses that restore momentum, expand margins, and deliver sustained long-term growth.
